News: The Casey Group Acquires NetigrateZ, Inc., Establishes E-Business Development Office
Expansion is part of on-going initiative to improve client relationships, strengthen portfolio of services
Parsippany, NJ (August 7, 2002) - The Casey Group, Inc., an experienced provider of business and information technology services, today announced that it has acquired its sister company, NetigrateZ, and will relocate operations from Clearwater, FL, to a new development office in Tampa, FL. NetigrateZ, which will operate as The Casey Group's Florida branch office, will focus on e-business technology development while also providing a full range of IT professional services, including management consulting, strategic staff supplementation, application development, integration, and outsourcing.
NetigrateZ, an active member of the Florida Bay area's business and technology community, has built a long-standing relationship with The Casey Group, one of the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area's leading business and information technology firms. The acquisition reflects the efforts of both executive management teams to coordinate each company's capabilities in order to deliver more powerful services to clients.
"The Casey Group and NetigrateZ have a long history of delivering high-quality service and successful IT development projects to our clients," said Rich Casey, President and Founder of The Casey Group. "Now our clients' needs are becoming much more complex in scope and sophistication. Both The Casey Group and NetigrateZ have the resources to help them implement smart IT strategies that directly contribute to the bottom line. And both companies have always provided these services with a commitment toward integrity and respect for our customers. Together, we can leverage our e-business development expertise with our focus on enduring customer relationships to deliver even more comprehensive, valuable solutions."
NetigrateZ will offer the full spectrum of The Casey Group's business-driven IT solutions, such as business process outsourcing and business continuity and disaster recovery services. The new office will also serve as The Casey Group's primary e-business solutions office, focusing on helping clients achieve value from the ever-changing landscape of Internet technologies such as Web services and e-commerce applications.
"In the wake of so much turmoil within the e-business industry, companies now realize the importance of having their technology investments mesh directly with existing infrastructure and business goals," said Joe Zucchero, a new corporate Vice President of The Casey Group. "In the new Casey Group, our consultants will be able to access the full-range of resources that can further enhance the value of our IT development services. I'm pleased to join a strong, well-established team like The Casey Group."
This acquisition and re-organization is part of an on-going expansion initiative for The Casey Group, which over the last year has enhanced its portfolio of services to better address clients' needs. The company also announced that it has opened an office in Boca Raton, FL. Headed by The Casey Group's National Accounts Manager, Frank Fabiano, the Boca Raton office will support sales and marketing operations, as well as development services. The Boca Raton office is located at 5100 Town Center Circle, Suite 560, Boca Raton, FL 33486.
