News: AGIS to Develop Electronic Interface.

Parsippany, New Jersey - July 31, 2000:

American General Information Services whose primary business focus is application development and management along with business-to-business e-commerce solutions, today announced that it has signed an agreement with a major Telecom service provider to develop and implement an electronic interface (business to business solution) between that service provider and one of their major clients. AGI Services' SVP/COO said that "this agreement represents the first of many electronic interfaces that AGIS will be providing to and through this service provider. We are extremely excited about our relationship with this client and the specific opportunity which we feel will allow us to continue to demonstrate our competency in the business to business solutions area."
