Business Problem
A nationwide network of anti-aging doctors needed a technology platform that would enable them to communicate and provide customizable and reliable health information technology that can be accessed securely – anytime, anywhere – by physicians, labs, pharmacies and most importantly: patients. The problem, like most medical practices, is that the BodyLogicMD physicians were buried in paperwork and suffered communication, organizational and marketing inefficiencies.

Strategy
To design a solution that would be simple and affordable enough for doctors to learn and adapt. The solution needed to accommodate all the legal and medical variables in communicating between physicians, labs, pharmacies and most importantly: patients.

Solution
The Casey Group designed and implemented a proprietary ASP (Application Service Provider) solution that allows BodyLogicMD physicians to streamline communications internally and externally using web-based ‘anytime, anywhere’ information technology while still complying with medical and legal regulations. The design phase involved mapping out specific variables in patient marketing, communications and diagnostics as well as anticipated changes. Additionally, The Casey Group uncovered the need for the reporting side of the solution to be adaptable and flexible for physicians to track patient activity from the prospect phase through consultations, lab reports, prescriptions and follow up.

Results
Communications are streamlined saving physician’s time and money while increasing office efficiencies and allowing the physicians and patient more quality time together. Physicians can have customizable web pages and web-based concierge and office solutions to meet each of their individual needs.

Today
BodyLogicMD has a network of eight physicians and thousands of patients nationwide using the Casey Group’s custom ASP system from all aspects in marketing, communications, medical record keeping, labs and pharmacy communications.

Future
BodyLogicMD provides its ASP software to pharmacies, labs and other allied health care organizations, creating an information network designed to foster patient-doctor-lab-pharmacy loyalty.
