Richard P. Casey, President/CEO
Richard Casey founded The Casey Group in 1989 with the mission of leveraging information technology to deliver strategic advantage and operational efficiencies to his clients. Prior to founding The Casey Group, he held various positions in the IT industry, beginning his career at AT&T in 1980. In 2002, Mr. Casey was awarded the Small Business Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the Morris County Chamber of Commerce (NJ), and more recently, he has been elected to serve on the Affinity Federal Credit Union Board of Directors. Mr. Casey holds an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickenson University and a Bachelor's degree in biology from Rider University.
Jerry Auriemma, Chief Marketing Officer
Jerry Auriemma is responsible for launching and growing several multi-billion dollar businesses within highly competitive markets. He comes to The Casey Group after more than 25 years of marketing experience with industry giants such as AT&T, where he is credited with launching consumer bundled voice and data services and the AT&T Calling Card. As Vice President of Marketing, Auriemma is responsible for all sales and marketing strategy, planning and implementing for The Casey Group. Auriemma has excelled at many aspect of the marketing field, where he has held positions in product management, sales operations and marketing research organizations. His strong leadership skills combined with his keen communication abilities has made Auriemma a sought after marketing spokesman in meetings with high profile organizations such as the FCC, State Commissions and National Consumer Groups. He has also been a frequent media representative for various companies over the years. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Baruch College of The City University of New York and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/Communications from Queens College. Auriemma was selected for and completed the Strategic Marketing Management Program at Harvard University and the Advanced Management Program at Duke University. Auriemma lives in Stanton Ridge, New Jersey with his wife Patricia and three grown daughters. He is an active volunteer in the community and dedicated member of Our Lady of Lourdes Liturgical Ministry.
Robert Michie, Director of Network Services
Bob Michie is responsible for technology direction and systems integration/development in the networking management and UNIX/Windows Server arenas. As Director of Network Services for Toys-R-Us, he was responsible for Network Security, Internet Access, Remote Access, Network Management, and Performance Reporting. There, he also led a team that addressed network and security issues surrounding the company's high-traffic toysrus.com web site, and he was responsible for installation and management procedures for 1,000 distributed Windows NT in-store servers. At DEC, he supported State Government, Local Government, and Higher Education sales teams providing custom solutions for UNIX, Microsoft, and Digital networking products. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) where, as an employee and consultant, he designed and installed the first ATM network at a New Jersey university.
Holly Jamros, Vice President, Human Resources
Holly Jamros plans and directs The Casey Group's human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives, including recruiting, employment, placement, orientation, training, compensation, benefits, and employee services. Before joining The Casey Group, she served as Human Resources Manager for AT&T Network Services, where she managed delivery of HR and Labor Relations support to several large organizations—including workforce and succession planning, staffing, performance management, compensation, and retention programs. Her experience also includes applications/systems development for IBM mainframes, database management, systems analysis, design, and optimization.
William L. Ingersoll, Vice President, NYMetro Region
Mr. Ingersoll is responsible for delivering business value through IT solutions to The Casey Group’s Metro Region clients. A 22-year veteran of the information systems industry, Mr. Ingersoll has a balanced progressive background in management, business analysis, and technical project development. He has extensive experience in the design, development and management of large-scale system projects for various industry segments. Additionally, he has significant expertise in software product development for resale, both web based and client server. As Director of Systems Development for The Casey Group, Mr. Ingersoll managed the implementation of a large scale project for the digital cinema industry. The system handles the management and delivery of DCI compliant film files (digital film) from post production studios through delivery to exhibitors’ library management systems for playback. He worked closely with industry groups for establishing digital cinema standards. Mr. Ingersoll began his IT career in the banking and insurance industries and held increasingly responsible positions developing systems for the pharmaceutical, retail and shipping industries for Coopers & Lybrand, Merck/Medco and Meldisco. Mr. Ingersoll has diplomas in both Systems Analysis and Design and Computer Technology from New York University.
